Morgan Fairchild, born Patsy An McClenny on the 3rd of February is an American actor. She achieved prominence during the late 1970s and into the 1980s when she played appearances in various television shows, in which she usually displayed a glamorous appearance. Fairchild began her career in the CBS morning soap Search for Tomorrow as Jennifer Pace from 1973 to 1977. Following her appearance in Dallas the show, in which she portrayed Jenna Wade as the very first actor in primetime she was then a part of the NBC program Flamingo Road. For this part, she received with a Golden Globe Award in 1980 for the Best Actress in a Television Series - Drama. In 1984 she costarred in ABC's short-lived primetime soap Paper Dolls. Between 1985 to 1986, Fairchild was the lawyer Jordan Roberts on Falcon Crest. Fairchild was also a part of theater and played guest roles in a variety of television shows, including Murphy Brown (for which she received a nomination for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest actress in a Comedy Series) Roseanne Cybill and Friends. She is also a member of the board of SAG-AFTRA.
